List of Properties with outstanding taxes, liens, & violations, etc.
Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.
All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant.
All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

Below are your responses in regards to your OPRA request 24-2019 ;
1) All delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include
balances of upwards of $4,000.00- See attached for response from tax
collector
2) All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant- See
attached list from Clerk’s Office
3) All properties with open Liens and Code Violations , this list
should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation
related to each particular property-
Per Chapter 72B -1E(3) There is a $40.00 fee letter of compliance
per address. This would go through the Community Development Department.
