List of Properties with outstanding taxes, liens, & violations, etc.
To Whom It May Concern,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.
All properties that are absentee owned.
All properties in probate.
All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

I am hereby requesting a brief extension in the statutory seven day response period to provide the vacant properties (absentee owned). This list is compiled by a third party vendor off site, and I expect that I will be able to provide the document no later than Thursday, January 10,2018.
