In response to your OPRA Request received September 3, 2020, we
have attached hereto are the documents you requested.

All properties that currently have delinquent property taxes which
date back up to 2 years that have balances over $1000. - Cherry
Hill Township is a fiscal year town with an accelerated tax sale,
therefore no delinquencies that meet the time period requested

All properties that are absentee-owned. - No such document exists

All properties that are deemed vacant/abandoned - attached is list
of properties currently registered as vacant.

All properties in probate. - No such document exists

All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up
to 1 year, this list should also include amounts of balances owed
over $900. - Please contact NJ American Water (800) 272-1325,
Merchantville Pennsauken Water Commission (856) 663-0043, CCMUA
(856) 583-2306

All properties with code violations, this list should also include
amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each
