There are no records responsive to your request. All homes are owned by
Audubon Mutual Housing Corporation which is the only taxpayer in Audubon
Park. Also, we do not have a compliance officer so there is no open code
violations. If you need information from the Construction Dept, we have a
shared service with Haddon Township and to OPRA those records, please send
it to [email address].

All properties in the Borough that currently have delinquent taxes which
date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.

All properties that are absentee owned.

All properties in probate.

All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also
include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each
particular property.
