The Borough of Middlesex received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 8/4/2021.  The official Records Custodian, Linda Chismar,
received your OPRA requests on 8/4/2021.  As such, the seven (7) business
day deadline to respond to your requests is 8/13/2021.  This response is
being provided to you on the    business day after custodian’s receipt of
said request.

Your request sought access to the following:

 1. A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent
property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include
amounts of balances owed.
 2. Detailed Lien Status Report
 3. All properties that had any utilities shut off.
 4. Properties that have entered/completed the probate process
 5. A list of property addresses that have received any code violations
since the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation.
(Including Vacant Property)
 6. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant
or abandoned.
 7. A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned
 8. A list of All Properties without a current city certificate of
occupancy

Attached, please find records found on file responsive to your request. 
Please be advised that the Borough does not maintain records of properties
that had utilities shut off.  In addition, there is no such listing, kept
or maintained, of properties without a current city certificate of
occupancy.  At this time, I believe your request has been fulfilled.
