List of Properties Fitting the Following Criteria
Dear Fort Lee Borough,
- A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
-Detailed Lien Status Report
-All properties that had any utilities shut off.
-Properties that have entered/completed the probate process
-A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation. (Including Vacant Property)
-A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.
-A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned
-A list of All Properties without a current city certificate of occupancy
I only need the property addresses. Please put all lists in separate Excel files. PDF is okay too. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

Please see below in response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request for the following information:
- A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent property
taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of
balances owed.
Please see attached 35 page Delinquent Report.
-Detailed Lien Status Report
Please see attached Municipal Lien List (2pgs) and Outside Lien List
(6pgs).
-All properties that had any utilities shut off.
The Tax Collector has advised that Fort Lee does not maintain a record of
properties whose utilities have been shut off as utilities are billed
separately through PSE&G and Suez Water.
-Properties that have entered/completed the probate process
The Tax Collector’s Office has advised that Fort Lee does not maintain
such list, therefore there are no records responsive to your request.
-A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since
the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation.
(Including Vacant Property)
The Borough of Fort Lee does not have a specific listing of properties
that have code violations. We can certainly fulfill your request
providing that specific addresses are given. Your request as submitted is
too broad, therefore we are unable to provide you with the information
requested.
-A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or
abandoned.
The Borough of Fort Lee does not require the completion of a registration
form for vacant properties, therefore there are no documents responsive to
your request.
-A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned
The Borough of Fort Lee does not maintain such List, therefore there are
no records responsive to your request.
-A list of All Properties without a current city certificate of occupancy
Fire Prevention does not maintain such list, therefore there are no
records responsive to your request.
Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
Courts online website. Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at
201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
