1. A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
2. A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation.
3. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.
4. A list of all residential property addresses that have been inherited since the beginning of this year.
Please put all lists in separate Excel files. PDF is okay too. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

The Borough of Tinton Falls official Records Custodian received your Open
Public Records Act request 2020-245 on December 15, 2020. As such the
seven business day deadline to respond to your request is December 28,
2020. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 4th
business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
Your request sought access to the following:
1. A list of property addresses that, as of today, have
delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to

These records, if any, will be transmitted via email so there is no cost
associated with this request. The attached records from Code-Zoning and
Tax Collector Departments, are being provided and are responsive to your
request. Part of item #1- list of liens – no records responsive. Items #3
& #4 are documents not kept by the Borough therefore no records responsive
to these items in the request.
