List of Properties Fitting the Following Criteria
Dear Carteret Borough,
- A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
-Detailed Lien Status Report
-All properties that had any utilities shut off.
-Properties that have entered/completed the probate process
-A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation. (Including Vacant Property)
-A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.
-A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned
-A list of All Properties without a current city certificate of occupancy
I only need the property addresses. Please put all lists in separate Excel files. PDF is okay too. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

*All properties that had any utilities shut off - No responsive record as utilities are thru Elizabethtown Gas & Middlesex Water Co.
*Properties that have entered/completed the probate process - No responsive record as this can only be found by looking up every individual address within the Borough.
*A list of property addresses that have code violations & type of violations - No responsive record as this can only be found by looking up every individual address within the Borough.
*A list of residential property address that are currently vacant or abandoned - No responsive record as this can only be found by looking up every individual address within the Borough.
*A list of all addresses that are condemned - No responsive record as this can only be found by looking up every individual address within the Borough.
*A list of property addresses without a current Cert. of Occupancy - No responsive record as this can only be found by looking up every individual address within the Borough
