Dear Fort Lee Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.

2. A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation.

3. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.

Please put all lists in separate Excel files. PDF is okay too. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

Please see below in response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request for the following information:

 

1. A list of property addresses that have delinquent property taxes and
open property liens: See attached 44 page response.

 

2. A list of property addresses  that have received any code violations
since the beginning of the year: Please be advised that the Borough of
Fort Lee does not maintain a listing of properties with code violations.
We can fulfill a request providing that specific addresses were given,
therefore we are unable to provide you with the information requested.

 

3. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant
or abandoned: The Borough of Fort Lee does  not require the completion of
a registration form for vacant properties therefore there are no documents
responsive to your request.

 

Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
Courts online website.  Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at
201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
