List of Properties Fitting the Following Criteria
Dear Freehold Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested from July 1, 2023 to September 31, 2023 filing:
1. A list of property addresses that have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
2. Detailed Lien Status Report filed between dates specified above.
3. All properties that had any utilities shut off.
4. A list of property addresses that have received any code violations including the type of violation.
5. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.
6. A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned.
7. A list of All Properties without a current city certificate of occupancy.
*** Please Include Full Property Address for all lists.
I only need the property addresses. Please put all lists in separate Excel files. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

In response to your request, please find the following:

3. All properties that had any utilities shut off. - No properties disconnected between 7/1 and 9/30/23
4. A list of property addresses that have received any code violations including the type of violation. Lawn Maintenance Violations attached.
5. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.
6. A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned.
Please be advised that while the Township does not have a Vacant Property Registration Ordinance, we do have an ordinance (see below links) which requires that an out of state creditor notify the Township’s Clerk office of the in state representative as outlined in T.O. 245-24.

Please note that our Code Enforcement department does not keep a log of all code violations for the Township.

In response to your request, attached please find responsive records to items 1, 2, 3 & 4. There are no responsive records for items 5,6 & 7.
