Hi, This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the

RE: OPEN PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST of April 29, 2022, Reference # C001494-042922

Dear Peter,

The City received a public information request from you on April 29, 2022. You requested:
- A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent property taxes and open property
liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
-Detailed Lien Status Report
-All properties that had any utilities shut off.
-A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year.

I only need the property addresses. Please put all lists in separate Excel files. PDF is okay too. If

The City has reviewed its files and has located records responsive to your request. Please log in to

The City does not maintain a list of properties that had any utilities shut off. You would have to
contact the individual utility companies to obtain that information.
The City does not maintain a list of properties that received any code violations. You would have to
identify the property and we would search for any violations which have been charged to it.

property and we would search to see if it has been condemned.
 
The City does not maintain a list of properties that are without a current Certificate of Occupancy.
You would have to identify the property and we would search to see if it has a Certificate of
Occupancy.
