List of Properties Fitting the Following Criteria
Hi,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
-Detailed Lien Status Report
-All properties that had any utilities shut off.
-A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation.
-A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.
-A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned
-A list of All Properties without a current city certificate of occupancy
I only need the property addresses. Please put all lists in separate Excel files. PDF is okay too. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

Hello Peter, your OPRA request (#22-542) has been received and is being reviewed. Please be advised that the City of Bayonne does not shut off utilities, therefore there will be no responsive records regarding utilities The remaining requests will be sent for processing.
Also regarding 'code violations' are you referring to building or grass, weeds, trash etc?
