Ladies and Gentlemen:
As you may know, in response to the Pandemic, an Emergency Order was
established which extended the Open Public Records Act Deadlines under
Executive Order 104 issued by Governor Phillip Murphy.
In June of 2021, Governor Murphy lifted the majority of the portions of
Executive Order 104 which extended the deadlines, returning the deadline
to seven (7) business days beginning the day after the request is received
by the Municipality. 
The extension of deadlines under Executive Order 104 still applies to
those requests which relate in to the Covid19 response by the City of
Trenton.  During a period declared pursuant to the laws of this State as a
state of emergency, public health emergency, or state of local disaster
emergency, the deadlines by which to respond to a request for, or grant or
deny access to, a government record under paragraph (1) of this subsection
or subsection e. of this section [stipulating the 7-day deadline] shall
not apply, provided, however, that the custodian of a government record
shall make a reasonable effort, as the circumstances permit, to respond to
a request for access to a government record within seven business days or
as soon as possible thereafter.  This provision now only applies to
requests which seek records regarding he Covid19 response by the City of
Trenton. 
We are making every effort to respond to every OPRA request as soon as
possible.  In some cases we many continue to need and will request
extensions as we return to normal operations.  Thank you.

Requesting a list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent
property taxes and open property liens.  This list needs to include
amounts of balances owed.
Detailed Lien Status Report
All properties that had any utilities shut off.
Properties that have entered/completed the probate process.
A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since
the beginning of the year.  Please provide the type of violation.
(Including Vacant Property).
A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or
abandoned.
A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned.
A list of all Properties without a current city certificate of occupancy.
I only need the property addresses.  Please put all lists in separate
Excel files.  PDF is okay too.  If up-to-date data is not available. 
Please provide the most recently available information.
