Dear Requester:
The Construction Code Department has reviewed your request for records and
advised no such lists exist, on separate spreadsheets or otherwise. 
Additionally, the Construction Code Department advised they do not
maintain list of properties with Code violations, condemned properties, or
properties without Certificate of Occupancies.  The only list we have is
the list previously sent via email on August 4, 2021, our known
Abandoned/Vacant Properties list.
If you seek copies of violations for a specific property, please advise by
way of clarification and the Construction Code Department may further
review your request for any responsive records.  Not hearing back from you
by September 28, 2021, will close the request.
