List of Properties Fitting the Following Criteria
Dear Old Bridge Township,
- A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
-Detailed Lien Status Report
-All properties that had any utilities shut off.
-Properties that have entered/completed the probate process
-A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation. (Including Vacant Property)
-A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.
-A list of all residential property addresses that are condemned
-A list of All Properties without a current city certificate of occupancy
I only need the property addresses. Please put all lists in separate Excel files. PDF is okay too. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on August 4, 2021. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is August 13, 2021. The Township is responding
to your request on the fourth business day from the receipt of your
request.
The request was for:
1. A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent

list of all properties with delinquent balances through 2^nd quarter
2021 and a list of all open municipal and outside liens as of
8/4/2021.
2. Please contact the Old Bridge Municipal Utilities Authority at
732-566-2534 as they are a separate entity with separate records.
3. Please contact the Middlesex County Clerk’s Office at 732-745-3000 as
they are a separate entity with separate records.
