Pursuant to your request for a list of properties behind on their mortgage payments and distressed condition, please be advised that the municipality is not required to keep or maintain a record of a citizens private mortgage payment transactions with their privatized mortgage holders. Therefore no such record exists responsive to your request.

How about list of property addresses that have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed as of today and A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.
