I, Jennifer Kiernan, the official Records Custodian of the Township of
Verona received your OPRA request on July 19, 2023.  As such, the seven
(7) business day deadline to respond to your request is July 28, 2023.
This response is being provided to you on the 5th day of receipt of said
request.

This request is denied.  Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A et seq., known as the
NJ Open Public Records Act, Records Custodians are not required to conduct
research or create new records in response to an OPRA request.  Your
request was too broad in that no date ranges were specified.

However I am providing you with the property tax delinquency report and
water utility delinquency report as of July 19, 2023 in hopes that these
documents will satisfy your request.

Thank you.
