Dear Fort Lee Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point.

Dear Nathan Stallone,
Please see attached seven (7) pages in response to your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request:
“A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill.
Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose
property tax bill was liened against the property.
A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened
against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the
water shut off at any point.”
The Tax Collector has advised that water is billed directly by Veolia
Water therefore, there are no documents responsive to your request
relating to water billing.
Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
Courts online website. Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at
201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
