The official Records Custodian, Linda Chismar, received your OPRA requests
on April 24, 2023.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your requests is  May 3, 2023.  This response is being provided
to you on the  6^th business day after custodian’s receipt of said

 1. A list of property addresses that have received any code violations in
the last 90 days. Please provide the type of violation. (ex. Garbage

 2.  A list of all properties addresses where a building fire has
occurred, between January 2022 – Present.
 3.  A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill
liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or
have had the water shut off at any point.

Attached, please find records found on file responsive to your request. 
For documents pertaining to water shut off and water bill liens, kindly
contact NJ American Water.  At this time, I believe your request has been
fulfilled.
