The Township of Livingston Clerk's Department is in receipt of your OPRA request. Pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-5(i), you shall receive a response in no more than seven (7) business days, with day one starting the day after the request has been received. (Holidays and Townhall closings do not count as business days).

Dear Nathan, 
This comes in response to your OPRA Request, with the respective responses
in bold, for:
"Records requested:
-       A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax
bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties
whose property tax bill was liened against the property - Please see the
attached "Condensed Lien Account Status Report", which was provided by the
Tax Department in response to your request.
-       A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill
liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have
had the water shut off at any point. -  Please see the attached "Utility
Delinquent Report", which was provided by the Tax Department in response
to your request.
-       A list of all properties addresses where a building fire has
occurred, between January 2022 – Present.:  The Township does not make,
maintain or keep on file a list of properties where a building fire has
occurred"
As these documents are being emailed to you there is no cost for
duplication under the Open Public Records Act.
