This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
- A list of all properties that have had structure fires occur, resulting is severe damage, or have had emergency calls to the property since the beginning of 2022
- A list of all the individuals’ names and addresses who have been arrested in the city for the month of September 2022.

Redactions:

Juvenile Records have been redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60, which
states, social, medical, psychological, legal and other records of the
court and probation division, and records of law enforcement agencies,
pertaining to juveniles charged as a delinquent or found to be part of a
juvenile-family crisis, shall be strictly safeguarded from public
inspection. 

 

Street addresses have been redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1. “A
public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from
public access a citizen’s personal information with which it has been
entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s reasonable
expectation of privacy.   Burnette v. County of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408
(2009).
