Dear Mine Hill Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
- A list of all property addresses that are currently vacant, abandoned, or boarded up.
- A list of all property addresses that an unpaid utility balance or have had the water shut off at any point.

I am in receipt of your OPRA request. Unfortunately, the person who is
able to provide me with the information you are requesting is out today
and we are off on Monday for Columbus Day. Upon her return and as soon as

Good afternoon Nathan,
I heard back from my co-worker who is our Tax/Water/Sewer Collector in
regards to your OPRA request and she said "He needs to be a bit more
specific. Does he want delinquents for the current year or prior years.
If he wants delinquents for tax water and sewer for 2022, I can print that
out. But it looks like he is asking for last year? If you can please ask
him to clarify."
I have attached the "A list of all property addresses that are currently
vacant, abandoned, or boarded up."
Please Nathan, per our Tax/Water/Sewer Collector's request would you
clarify what you are looking for in regards to " A list of all property
addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in
the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was
liened against the property. A list of all property addresses that an
unpaid utility balance or have had the water shut off at any point."

Thank you for sending me tha list of Vacant properties. As per your question, I was looking for tax and utility accounts that currently have non zero balances. I was not looking for prior year delinquencies. Please let me know if that helps.
