Dear Cranford Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
- A list of all property addresses that an unpaid utility balance or have had the water shut off at any point.
- A list of all the individuals’ names and addresses who have been arrested in the city for the month of September 2022.

Dear Mr. Nathan,
In regards to your recent OPRA request pertaining to various requests:
- The Tax Collector's Department has provided the attached information (first two (2) files) pertaining to delinquent sewer and tax payments;
- The Tax Collector's Department does not have responsive information to your tax lien inquiry for the time period of September 1, 2022 to current;
- The Police Department has provided the attached information responsive to your request for names and addresses who have been arrested during the month of September 2022.
