Dear Hoboken City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
- A list of all properties that have had structure fires occur, resulting is severe damage, or have had emergency calls to the property since the beginning of 2022
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point.

The City of Hoboken has received your OPRA request Log # 22-1964
Item (A) "Unpaid property tax" and "Property Tax Liens". The responsive records are attached and provided.
Item (B) "A list oof all.....since the beginning of 2022". No responsive records exist in the city.
Item (C)"Water Line Liens". The due date for this request is Friday October 14, 2022. The City requires an additional ten (10) business days to respond to the request. The new due date will be Friday October 28, 2022.
