List of Properties
Dear Morris Plains Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point.
- A list of property addresses that have received any code violations in the last 90 days
- A list of all properties addresses where a building fire has occurred, between January 2023 – Present.
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill for the last 12 months. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.

Mr. Stallone,
In response to your OPRA request:
1. Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority is the water authority in Morris Plains therefore we have no records responsive to the request for property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point.
2. No code violations have been issued in the last 90days.
3. The Fire Dept has no records responsive to this request.
4. Attached please see the Tax account delinquent report.
