List of Properties
Dear Ramsey Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point.

Hi Meredith,
Please see the attachments for delinquent Water & Sewer accounts.
As far as properties having the water off, the accounts are not flagged in
anyway for me to list them. But if he just means the Water Department
shutting water off for non-payment, we do not do this at this time.
