Specifically, I request:

- A list of all properties with closed code violations within the past 3 years

For each record, please include:
- Property address
- Owner name (if available)
- Owner mailing address (if available)
- Phone number (if available)
- Violation type
- Status (open/closed)
- Date of violation

Please provide the records in electronic format (CSV or Excel) if available.

If this request is too broad, please fulfill it in part and advise how it may be narrowed.
