List of Non-disclosure agreements
Dear Lacey Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The names of every government employee that has signed a Non-disclosure agreement with a government in Lacey township from 1996 - 2023 including but not limited to Lacey Township Schools, Lacey township Police department, the Lanoka Harbor EMS, Forked River EMS, Lacey Township Fire Department, and Forked River Fire department. We are not asking for the details of what your government covered up. Just the names of people who signed agreements. You have no legal foundation to withhold this. The Non-disclosure doesnt protect their government employed names.

This is not a valid request and therefore the request is denied because
(1) it does not seek access to a record made, maintained, or kept on file;
and (2) the custodian is not required to prepare a document that is
responsive to your request.
