received  by the Chester Township Custodian of Records on February 8,
2022. This response is being provided on the 7th business day following
receipt of your request.  Your request and responses are provided below:
1.  Fire Damaged Properties for the past 2 years
There are no records responsive to your request.  This information is not
maintained by Chester Township.
2.  All tax lien properties for the past 2 years.
The finance system utilized by Chester Township can only show liens that
are currently open.  We cannot provide data on properties that had an open
lien in the past but do not currently have a lien.  Attached please find
the list of current properties.
3.  All vacant properties for the past 2 years.
We were unclear from your request if you meant properties classified as
vacant land, or properties that were currently unoccupied.  Attached
please find a list of the former.  Chester Township does not have a list
of properties that are unoccupied.
