Dear Town of Phillipsburg,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide me with a list of Todd Tersigni’s Liberty Construction sub-contractors that were selected and utilized for Town work since January 1st to present day.

For example, Todd Tersigni secretly coordinated and scheduled work with highest bidder, Lobb Roofing to perform Town Work.

Lobb Roofing is used by Todd Tersigni’s Liberty Construction business.

How many more of these instances are there?
