Dear Camden City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

I would like a copy of every payment in lieu of taxes (pilot) agreement the city of Camden has. Please include at least the dates the pilot went in effect and expire, the total annual amount paid, the specific block/lots/property covered by the agreement, and the entity paying the pilot. If the agreements feature additional information that is fine also.

Good afternoon,

 

Thank you for your patience with the City.  In regards to your submitted
OPRA request, please find attached list of pilot agreements and excel
databases of payment information. Our Tax Office has advised that their
system only goes back to 2004.

 

Please be advised that each individual agreement is available to the
public through Camden City’s online database system CORA docstar.  The
following weblink will take you to the City's database system:

The Password is: CORA123*

Also attached are screen shot examples of what you will receive if you go
to the CORA database and search for the pilots by legal names.
