Deposits to NJ Trust Fund Unit resulting from Tax Foreclosure Sale Surplus/Overages monies; Tax surplus list; overages that have not been claimed; tax lien sale surplus funds that have not been redeemed; Delinquent tax Properties that went up for auction and sold with overages/surplus funds that have not been claimed; Tax foreclosure surplus property sales of unclaimed funds; Tax Foreclosure Property Sales or Bank foreclosure sales
If there is any additional information required of me, or if I have contacted the incorrect division for this matter, I would very much appreciate advice on how to proceed to acquire the information requested.

Good morning,
The Bergen County Sheriff's Office does not maintain records of "overages"
or surplus funds for the County. Surplus funds and their records are
maintained by the Superior Court Trust Fund Unit in Trenton. These surplus
funds are not from tax sales but from judicial foreclosure sales.
Tax sale records are usually maintained by the municipality/town where the
property is located. Generally, the Sheriff's Office does not engage in
tax sales.
The contact information for the Superior Court Trust Fund Unit can be
