The Sussex County Sheriff's Officer received your OPRA request below by email on Thursday, October 29, 2020. Your OPRA request was assigned OPRA #389.
The Sussex County Sheriff's Office does not have records responsive to your request. The Sussex County Sheriff's Office does not maintain a "List of Deposits to the NJ Trust Fund Unit for surplus funds resulting from: Tax Foreclosure Sales," etc.
Any surplus funds from Sheriff's Sales are turned over to the Superior Court of New Jersey, 25 Market Street, Trenton, NJ. 08625 The disposition of any surplus funds is decided by the Court.
