List of Class 2 properties with outstanding taxes, liens, & violations

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Palmyra Borough should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Palmyra Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

- All Class 2 properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.

- All Class 2 properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

- Please provide these lists in Excel (xls) format.
