List of Class 2 Properties with outstanding property taxes and a list of class 2 properties with code violations.

The Township is in receipt of your OPRA request.
You asked for code violations of class 2 properties. The Construction
Department does not have this list because our code violations are not
filed by class. They are filed according to the property address. If you
provide a specific address, we can check our files.
You asked for info re: delinquent taxes. The Tax Department will respond
under separate cover. Thank you.

Per your revised OPRA request #20-0089 re: violations, please see attached list of building code violations greater than $2000.
Also, for your reference, we have attached a copy of the zoning map for Evesham Township.
NJparcels.com will help you determine the location of each property listed as well as their zone.
