This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of all candidates who will be on the ballot for municipal offices in Red Bank, including all candidates for Mayor, Council and County Committee. (Or the forms that each candidate submitted, if that's easier.)
Also, any information on which candidates will have the Democratic or Republican party line on the ballot.

The email that you sent on April 16, is that referring to the email that
was initially sent on April 5? If so, I thought that you were contacted
by the Special Deputy of the Clerk of Elections. All paperwork for
municipal offices, from mayor down to county committee, are handled by the
municipal clerk. Once the municipal clerk certifies the candidates the
names are given to the county clerk to place on the ballots. So, the
municipal clerk would be the best place to start. I apologize for the
delay in a response.
