Please review the attached and responses below from Chief Brenner Deputy
Custodian of police records.

1. List of any and all Flock Safety cameras, automated license plate
readers (ALPRs), automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) systems, or
similar automated surveillance imaging equipment currently owned, leased,
or operated by the municipality, including:
- the brand, model/type, installation location for each unit
Response: We do not have Flock Safety Cameras, and do not maintain a
formal document that lists ALPR cameras. The EGPD has two Motorola mobile
vehicle LPR camera systems and a Motorola quick deploy LPR system
- whether each device is: (a) currently installed and operational, (b)
planned for future installation, or (c) decommissioned/not in use

Response: This is a question, not a request for a record. No response is
required for questions
2. Contracts, acquisition documents:
- All contracts, purchase orders, lease agreements, memoranda of
understanding, or grant applications related to acquisition of such camera
systems
Response: attached vendor quotes and purchase orders
- Correspondence with vendors (including but not limited to Flock Safety
Inc.) regarding procurement, installation, or maintenance
Response: The portion of your request seeking “correspondence with vendors
(including but not limited to Flock Safety Inc.) regarding procurement,
installation, or maintenance” is denied as invalid under OPRA. This
portion of the request does not identify specific, identifiable records —
it names no particular custodian, employee, or agent whose correspondence
is sought, and no date range, and instead seeks an entire category of
communications generically described as “correspondence.” A request of
this kind requires the custodian to search through and analyze the
Department's files to determine what might be responsive, which OPRA does
not require.

Dear East Greenwich Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place
of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
