The County of Middlesex received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on September 20, 2020. Your OPRA request sought:

List of all tickets issued to the below listed vehicles for 2018, 2019,
and 2020 from the Middlesex County Department of Corrections and Youth
Services.  Tickets should include all moving violations, parking tickets,
and EZ Pass violations.  Please include all tickets received out of state
(ie: New York City)

 In response to your request, attached please find documents responsive to
your request.  Please note that insofar the vehicles you have requested
information about are used for law enforcement purposes, redactions of the
precise times the vehicles were issued EZ-Pass violations has been
redacted as under OPRA, information regarding security measures and
surveillance techniques which, if disclosed, would create a risk to the
safety of persons, property, electronic data or software is not considered
a public record that is required to be disclosed.  Please also note that
no documents were responsive to your request for tickets for moving
violations and parking tickets.

I trust that this is fully responsive to your OPRA request.  Please advise
however, if I am in error.
