considered to be "overly broad." I have consulted with our solicitor’s
office who advised the following:
Pursuant to Elcavage v. West Milford Township - A request for emails must
contain three (3) characteristics- 1) Content and/or subject; 2) Specific
date or range of dates; 3) Sender and/or recipient. Without this required
information, the request may either be denied or clarification may be
asked. A request for “all e-mails” is much too broad.
Should you wish to amend your request to include content and/or subject
matter, please advise.

This does not satisfy my request. I gave several keywords to search Dave Taraschi's emails as well as asked for a log of all of his emails. Please supply me with a log of all emails as well as the emails containing the words previously requested. A failure to do so will be a violation of NJ OPRA laws and I will sell legal redress.

2021:126. I previously advised on August 12th that pursuant to Elcavage
