Dear Haddon Heights Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
List/summary of all overnight parking tickets given by Haddon Heights PD from 1-12-21 through 7-12-21 and a copy of each ticket.
Copy of original overnight parking ordinance that was adopted in 1928 and all amendments and or new versions of the ordinance since its inception.
List of all overnight parking permits issued in Haddon Heights.
List of all parking permits filed yet not granted and the reason for not granting the permit from the dates 7-12-2019 through 7-12-2021.
Any complaints made about overnight parking by residents from 1-12-2021 through 7-12-2021 as well as a list of the addresses the complaints were made.
