I say that this request should be filled. You only need to query the properties in your data base to see which ones fall under the criteria as attached to a significant person, and cross reference the name George Washington under that criteria. Why can't that be done?

You are requesting the NJDEP to perform research versus a search for responsive records, which is not required by OPRA. The NJDEP's Historic Preservation Office records and tracking systems do not permit a custodian to search to identify projects that may have been connected to George Washington.
