Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request. I was recently told by an MUA employee that my recent requests can not be considered or accepted because I left my address off of them. We all know this is not true. Anyways....

Records requested: All current board members 2016 - present. Include past and present members of the following boards. Compile the names of all board members from the list below. Ensure these names are organized and concise, and make a separate list of said names for each of the following:

·Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board

Are you or are you not the town manager? You're the one collecting multiple salaries from multiple towns, so just do your job for this township and manage the request. Also - your presence in the office is irrelevant—as you replied to this request—and are therefore conducting official business. When will you learn? Soon? Perhaps.
