Dear Atlantic County,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Under NJSA 19:13-20(a)(4), please provide the following records:
- Most current official list of all Atlantic County Democrat Committee members

I would strongly prefer the records in an Excel/CSV format, as well as in PDF format please.

The list/export/document should include all available information (e.g., name, party Affiliation, SVRS ID numbers, gender, town, mailing address, phone number, email address, birthday, seats vacated/currently vacant/any appointments since the previous elections, etc.)

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Please be advised that the records you are requesting are maintained by
three departments of the Atlantic County Election process. This would be
the Board of Elections, Superintendent of Elections, and the County
Clerk’s office, for which I am not the Records Custodian. These entities
maintain their own records. As such, your request should be submitted to
these three offices. I have cc’d Cheryl McCarty and Michelle Konopka of
the Board of Elections, Maureen Bugdon and Audrey Miles of the
Superintendent of Elections, and Mike Sommers of the County Clerk’s office
on this email for your convenience. After forwarding your request, the
Atlantic County Law Department will close out your request with our
office.
