List of active clerks, collectors, CFOs, and QPAs
Dear New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
(1) List of actively certified registered municipal clerks to include name, certification number, and expiration date.
(2) List of actively certified certified tax collectors to include name, certification number, and expiration date.
(3) List of actively certified chief municipal finance officers to include name, certification number, and expiration date.
(4) List of actively certified qualified purchasing agents to include name, certification number, and expiration date.
If this information can be found online, I will accept a website address where I can retrieve the information myself like I can do with the tax assessors.

Attached are the documents responsive to the below OPRA request.
To note, these are working documents. Most entries have been updated to
reflect the Covid extensions, but there may be some outliers. Some
entries do not include expiration dates for various reasons. For example,
CMFOs who are also RMAs do not have renewal requirements. QPAs who
obtained their licenses prior to the implementation of the renewal regs
require us to calculate and manually input expiration dates as we process
renewals in the regular course of business.
