List of Activated Fire Alarms at Community Medical Center

Dear Toms River FD1,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide documentation (reports or case numbers) explaining each activated fire alarm at Community Medical Center since 01/01/2020 through 02/20/2021. I need each date and time the hospital's fire alarm went off- and required a response from ANY member of ANY of the Toms River Fire Departments. Please note the disposition if the alarm was set off by a real fire or smoke incident, or a false alarm. Also note which apparatus responded each time an alarm (false or real) went off at the Community Medical Center at 99 NJ 37.

Mr. Lansing,
The FD1 is in receipt of your OPRA request for “documentation (reports or
case numbers) explaining each activated fire alarm at Community Medical
Center since 01/01/2020 through 02/20/2021. I need each date and time the
hospital’s fire alarm went off- and required a response from ANY member of

Attached please find a record list which sets forth the date and time the
alarm went off and required TRFD response. In addition, attached are TRFD
Incident Reports for each incident which provide more details for each
response.
Also attached is a fire report including details concerning apparatus in
satisfaction of your request for “which apparatus responded each time an
alarm (false or real) went off at the Community Medical Center at 99 NJ
37”.
