This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Copy of all liquor licenses for active holders / any retained by Township (vacant)
Copy of Any documents relating to Liquor license applications for all active holders
Copy of Any documents relating to Liquor license suspensions, record of disciplinary actions,
Copy of Any documents relating to training of active liquor license holders
Copy of any pending liquor license applications for upcoming business in laurel square
All requests time phrase is Jan 1 2021 to present.

I have received your below OPRA request. However, much of this request is overly broad and/or does not identify a specific government record which is required under the OPRA Statute.
I have numbered your request (attached for easier reference).
1. Please see attached
2. This request is too vague and does not identify a specific government record. If you would like copies of all of the current liquor license applications (40+) a special surcharge may have to be applied, due to the amount of records and the time to take to copy and redact.
3. This request is too vague and does not identify a specific government record. In addition, would take significant research through our 40+ license holders to determine if any documents would pertain to this request. Research is not covered under the OPRA statute.
4. Brick Township does not train liquor license holders. Therefore, we have no such record.
5. Please see the attached liquor license application for BRX NJ License LLC.
