For each of the above referenced businesses/licenses, please provide the following documents:
1) Their “long-form” 12-page Liquor License Application
2) Any amendments to the 12-page Liquor License Application
3) Any attachments to items 1 or 2 evidencing or identifying the owners, members, shareholders, partners, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other person having a direct or indirect interest in the business or license
4) Any other documents on file evidencing or identifying the owners, members, shareholders, partners, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other person having a direct or indirect interest in the business or license
5) Resolutions approving the transfer of the license to each of the above referenced businesses/licensees.

I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated July 29, 2020. Voorhees
Township utilizes JustFOIA for processing of all OPRA requests. Please
visit [1]www.voorheesnj.com and go to the top right corner where is says
“OPRA Request”. Once you click that, you will be directed to the clerk’s
page. There you will find the link to submit a Regular OPRA request, NOT a
police OPRA request. Once you submit the request through the portal, I
will receive and email and I will assign your request to the appropriate
department. We are allotted seven business days to complete OPRA requests.
