This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: for the period 2018-2019 YTD: payroll, time sheets and/or salary records/ordinances for all Library personnel; time sheets of any and all Public Works employees who spend time/perform work at the Library including grounds keeping hours (mowing, painting, power washing, installing blinds, moving boxes, cleaning gutters, etc), cost of any and all interior upgrades and/or improvements, cost of health insurance for any Library employees, cost for liability and accident insurance on the building and grounds, cost of any and all new materials including but not limited to books, computers, furniture, DVDs, subscriptions, office supplies, software; all utility bills including water, sewer, internet, telephone, electricity, gas, etc.; holiday/vacation time payouts, any and all expenditures on the grounds including but not limited to any sheds or exterior structures, parking signs, sprinkler systems, video surveillance; total numbers of hours open annually, Library Advisory Board Meeting Minutes, any and all settlements, copy of an ALA accredited MLIS (or equivalent), undergraduate degrees and/or valid NJ Librarian certifications for any appropriate personnel, all transaction records including books/DVDs, etc. checked out, library cards issued, revenue from various library services, requests (approved or denied) for use of the public library, any reimbursements requested by or made to any library or Borough employee on behalf of work or services performed at or for the library.
