This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Lindenwold Memorial Park for 2018 and 2019 YTD: fields and/or facilities rentals, all revenue generated from said rentals, all rental or use requests including denials, all utility bills, vendor list and payments issued, Public Performance Licenses for "Movies in the Park" and/or any other appropriate public performances, time sheets for Public Works employees who spent time working at or on any aspect of the Park, fees paid for grounds keeping including any pest control, baseball field maintenance (striping, etc), Lindenwold School District time sheets for any time spent working any where within the Park, receipts or payments for concession supplies and concession sales reports, cost reports for video surveillance equipment and its installation, cost of parking lot repairs/resurfacing, cost of amphitheater upgrades, including but not limited to paint and electronic or audio/visual equipment, cost of any playground/field/facilities improvements.
