Records requested:
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I hereby request copies of the following government records maintained by the Borough of Lindenwold:
1. Any bylaws, articles of incorporation, or governing documents for the entity known as the Friends of the Lindenwold Library, including any documents establishing its legal or structural relationship to the Borough of Lindenwold.
2. Any meeting minutes, agendas, or attendance logs for the Friends of the Lindenwold Library from January 1, 2018, to the present date.
3. All correspondence, emails, or written memoranda exchanged between the Borough of Lindenwold and representatives of the Friends of the Lindenwold Library from January 1, 2018, to the present date.
4. Any financial records, budgets, or annual expense reports submitted by the Friends of the Lindenwold Library to the Borough.
5. Any formal documentation establishing whether the Friends of the Lindenwold Library is recognized as an official borough committee, a municipal advisory body, or an independent nonprofit organization operating under borough authority.
6. Any active insurance certificates, facility use agreements, or building permits issued to the Friends of the Lindenwold Library for utilization of the library facility located at 310 East Linden Avenue.
